Maven's unique XL pad shape is available in two compounds, each with their own distinct characteristics.  

 METALLIC  

• Sintered brake pads provide the most resistance to sustained heat
• Offer better performance in wet or muddy conditions
• 1 pair of sintered compound XL brake pads for SRAM Maven disc brake calipers (1 pair = pads for 1 Maven caliper)
• Steel Backed
• Only compatible with SRAM Maven 4-Piston disc brake calipers

ORGANIC

• Organic brake pads provide a strong initial bite feel and less overall noise
• Offer the best performance in drier conditions
• 1 pair of organic compound XL brake pads for SRAM Maven disc brake calipers (1 pair = pads for 1 Maven caliper)
• Steel Backed
• Only compatible with SRAM Maven 4-Piston disc brake calipers
